Attention! Your reservation will be confirmed after receiving payment in advance for the first night of your stay at the Ukraina Hotel. To effect the payment you are welcome to fill the Credit Card authorisation form (Payment Agreement.DOC, 60K) or Western Union rapid bank transfer services.
Our "Visa and registration department" is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. Our managers will supply the guests with the full information about regulations and rules of stay of foreign citizens in Russia, visa types, visa support and visa issue procedures, rules and demands of the Russian Consulates abroad.
